Bitter apricot kernels, a cancer fighter

No matter who you are, I’m sure that cancer has affected your life in some way. Whether it has been a loved one or a friend, so many people have been battling this terrible disease. Why is there no cure? Well, I am not a scientist, but I do believe that plants are medicine. Fueling your body with good foods whether or not you have cancer is always a good idea.

With so many loved ones in my life having passed from cancer, my father, my aunts, my grandparents, and friends I am actively looking into more ways to put things in my body so that I can stay healthy.

My husband has also been looking into different things that he can do and we had a long talk about the benefits that he had been reading about on apricot kernels. After talking to another friend, she also had been hearing about apricot kernels.

In the Bible, it says to eat the fruit and the seed. Well, let’s give it a try.

These are what apricot kernels look like:

Here is what brand we have been using.

These were bought on Amazon and you can give them a try to using this link:

Now I keep mine up on a shelf just so that my kids don’t think that they should grab a handful of nuts and eat them... (not that they really would but just in case.)

Now, here is one thing that you do need to know if you give these apricot kernels a try, you can only eat two a day. That is very important. If you’re like me and someone tells me to eat two for health, I’ll probably eat four. This is not something that you should do that with. Also, eat after having food. We don’t eat on an empty stomach.

So there’s the latest health kick that we’re trying. Well it's been around for thousands of years and theres tribes in Africa that have zero cancer and this is what they eat, but its new to my knowledge! This isn't a food to eat for energy or to lose weight This really is something to eat to be proactive in the fight against cancer. I have been personally affected so much by cancer, and if I can save my family that heartache, I’m going to certainly do that. CANCER SUCKS. I have been there, and I do know that.

Xo,

Mama
