Easy breakfast idea for one

Mornings are always rushed in our house. The hustle and the bustle is real and getting a high protein. Breakfast quickly can be a struggle. Here is the breakfast I make for my elementary school daughter that only takes a few minutes and would also be great for anyone who is looking to cook something quick and get out the door.



Have you seen these darling single serving waffle makers? Would I make waffles? I can’t just make one single as there’s too much work involved however, these little single serve waffle makers are the perfect size to cook one egg. Simply plug it in an egg on it a little salt and pepper and close the lid. It only takes , less than two minutes to cook and you’re on your way without a big mess left over. I like to add some bacon and cheese for some additional protein and calories for my sixth grader.
