We all know the dryer eats socks, or so we have been told. When it comes to socks I don’t give my kids sock bins in their room. It’s just one more thing that gets messy.
So how do I keep my kids socks? in the laundry room. This way as soon as I match them from the dryer, they go right in the bin for either the white socks, the multicolor socks, or the dark socks.
This is what our sock bin in our laundry room looks like :

We like to stick with solids rather than a bunch of random socks. When I buy socks, I go all in and buy many at once. Why? Because if you’re buying a bunch of different socks, it’s really hard to keep them matched. If you buy one type, you can just make a pair and put it away.

My kids like to wear the nike brand socks or stance. We also do have the no-show socks depending on the type shoes they are wearing. On their way out the door in the morning, the simply make a pit stop at the sock bin and make their quick selection and away they go. It’s a simple solution to an age-old sock problem. I might’ve been there and I do know that.
